Here is some news:

Tonight I’m playing on a roof. I am a bird after all so it makes sense, non?

It’s not just a random roof. It’s Kensington Roof Gardens so is a bit fancier than the regular roofs on houses and whatnot.

It has actual gardens too, not like a few bay trees in pots and a selection of bamboo, ACTUAL GRASS and ROSES and that, look here and marvel. Even better than that fauna – ducks and flamingos! ANIMALS (ok birds) ON A ROOF. Imagine if it had a petting zoo as well with a goat some rabbits and maybe a donkey? That would just be too much. Especially if you could have rides on the donkey.

However, I won’t be feeding ducks and skipping through the lawns or riding donkeys, mainly because they don’t have the latter – yet – but because I’ll be playing records to revellers at a party. On a Monday. With flamingos. Last Monday I was high up in the skies at Galvin at Windows entertaining diners. Most Mondays I’m usually watching Corrie. I like this sky high Monday djing scene. Can it be like this from now on please and thank you?

Tuesday is Now That’s What I Call Karaoke at Concrete which I am hosting and this month’s theme is Movie Soundtracks where the chance to belt out the big hitters from the silver screen is thine.

Do you have the Eye of the Tiger? Will you Take my Breath Away? Will Love Lift Us Up Where We Belong? All shall be revealed tomorrow night.

From 7pm, pizza party for £15 or Karaoke only £3. Info here

Friday night is Friday Night Disco at The Social.

From 7pm myself and Dan Hayes will be getting feet jumping with a mega mix of pop, disco, rnb bangers, funk workouts and all those records that make you get somewhat over-excitable on a Friday night.

It’s mega fun, it’s free before 9pm, you can’t bang on the walls anymore, but you can stamp your feet, wave your arms a good deal and generally whoop it up until home time!  Come join the party!
